Better late than never, I've compiled my favourite runs and beers from 2014. Judging by the list, I've definitely found my taste going towards sweet and sticky porters and stouts, whilst running achievements are well organised events with friends where I've run my best times, as well as personal adventures I set myself, raising over £800 for the Alzheimer's Society in the process.

I hope that 2015 brings new PBs, some interesting new beers and opportunity to meet lots more of the London running and beer community. Happy new year!
This Saturday sees the inaugural Mikkeller Running Club meet at The Birdcage pub in east London. Dump your stuff at the pub at 11am, warm up and join in with the various paces. Once you've finished, go and enjoy a lovely refreshing pint of Mikkeller with your fellow runners back at the pub. The London chapter of the club comes after success in Mikkeller's native Copenhagen; check out the photos via their Instagram page. The new venture will continue on the first Saturday of every month thereafter.
