Abraham lived at Beersheba & this would have been one of his water sources the underground cistern built by the Canaanites. There is another well outside of the city. It is known as Abraham’s’ Well because he and his descendants used it.

Let me be abundantly clear, I stand with Israel 🇮🇱 in the past I have gotten in debates with “Christians” about this, which I found it extremely odd, when I first started to read the Bible it’s all about Israel, I started to love Israel and no one taught me that I should support Israel it was Emphatically clear that God stands with Israel and that Israel is still in God’s plan, our spiritual foundation is Adam, Eve, Noah, Abraham,and Moses it is also Jonah, Ruth, Samson, Solomon and David, our spiritual heritage is made up of a collection of imperfect Jewish and gentile men and women who fell short to the glory of God yet God used them for his glory, and preserved them and the land. Israel exists only because God wills it to exist, If that was not so then how can you explain it’s continuing existence? If any other country would faced as much continuous attacks like Israel has, they would have already been destroyed. Ask yourself this; if you lost your wallet and phone, and you can be stranded in only one of these two places, and those two places can be Israel or Palestine, which place would you choose? The congressmen began their tour on the “Heritage Trail” in Beersheva on Monday, where they learned about the biblical Abraham and the ties of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel. They then traveled to Maon Farm in the southern Hebron hills, and then to the Tomb of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs in Hebron.

The legislators met with Hillel Horowitz, mayor of the Jewish community of Hebron, who emphasized that Hebron should be included on any final-status maps of Israel, and that the main artery of Judea and Samaria (Route 60) not be cut off. He also asked them to encourage American tourism to biblical heritage sites in the region.

And he also used the opportunity to warn about the dangers of a Palestinian state. In fact, the Hebron visit took place just hours after a Palestinian terrorist was filmed attempting to stab an Israel Defense Forces’ soldier guarding the entrance of the Tomb. In the video, the men are seen struggling in hand-to-hand combat as the terrorist makes repeated efforts to stab the officer before being subdued.

Afterwards, the congressmen were invited to a panel discussion on the implications of the Mideast peace plan at the Oz v’Gaon nature reserve in Gush Etzion. At a lookout name for Ari Fuld, a 45-year-old Israeli American who was stabbed to death by a Palestinian terrorist in September 2018, Gush Etzion Regional Council head Shlomo Ne’eman said that a “great aspect of this plan is that, for the first time, an American administration has crafted a plan where no Jews will be displaced, and that America recognizes that this is the Land of the Jews.”

On Tuesday morning, the congressmen were given a tour on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem by former Israeli Likud Knesset member Yehuda Glick.

This is a hero named

Neria Siboni, who was seriously injured from the terrorist shooting attack in Beer Sheva this week. He said: "I heard the terrorist shouting, so I shouted out the Shema Yisrael prayer and ran towards him unarmed, only with my bare hands. I knew I was taking him one on one."

The terrorist shot him and it puntured his lung but he did not stop until he saw that the terrorist was eliminated. Only after checking that his wife was okay did he allow himself to collapse.

Neria is the nephew of the legendary Brigadier General Ofer Winter.
