BEETEE ART FOR MY BEETEE STASH YESSS
I would also like to know how Plutarch managed to stay above suspicion. Not just in this specific instance but the entire time, and I definitely noticed that he dodged that question.
I have to think that putting Beetee back to work on critical infrastructure is both arrogance and a power play on Snow's part. A way of saying, "look how futile your rebellious efforts are that I won't even take you away from where you could do some damage, because nothing you try will truly hurt the Capitol and will only cost you what you hold most dear."
And that will come back to bite Snow later.
I just saw a tiktok about Beetee Latier and every single comment was sad about his ending and rightfully so but it also made me so irritated bcs he had an even bigger role in prim's death than gale did and nobody gafed about that sigh I need to leave this fandom
Another Rant in the Defense of Peeta Mellark? Well, Yes!
Us Peeta defenders love to bring up how he would carry Katniss up and down her stairs while she was injured to prove how strong he is (rightfully so), but let’s not forget that he carried an injured, much heavier BEETEE around a jungle for several hours at a time in the Quell as well. Katniss was light work by comparison, and I doubt he was even winded in the slightest. Peeta explicitly and frequently demonstrates nearly unthinkable strength and endurance - all while having a prosthetic leg - yet people still love to call him weak because a NERVE-KILLING fog killed his nerves and HEART-STOPPING electrical current stopped his heart. As an English teacher, few things worry me more than the current literacy crisis.
sotr and doubles but does no one remember that Beetee and Ampert aren’t the only related victor tribute duo? There’s Panache who’s implied to be the son (or at the very least the relative) of Palladium
“i was reaped the day you were born.” no shit beetee. so was everyone else
