💘
💘 Pull my muse in for a rough kiss
To say he’s possessive is an understatement. Even when the pair have been apart so long he makes no half marks upon their reunion. She’s a part of him he wont let up, particularly when his own hungers flare up. She must be used to it by now. He comes and goes as he pleases, his own being drawing him to and through as he devours across the globe. But when he returns he doesn’t act coy. Quite the opposite. Before she can even manage what would no doubt be a witty remark his arm finds her waist. In any other circumstance his gesture may come across as romantic, whipping the girl off her feet at their reunion. But with him it’s primal, needing. His arm locks itself around her, pulling her tight against him as his mouth finds hers with reckless abandon. She could push and fight but instead shes drawn like a moth to a flame as he devours her in a wholly more pleasant manner than he usually does his prey. He’s never steady with her, he’ll move with her in his arms until they find something solid to block their progress - which only means there’s nowhere further to go other than against her. A knee works its way between her thighs, chest pressing her back against the wall as kisses become bites. He’s not shy nor subtle about what he wants. It’s his round about way of saying he misses her and apologises for being gone so long. She’s not complained in the past about his apologies. He’s sure she’s not about to start now.
i am so fuckin tired it’s not even funny

"To Kill A Mockingbird"
This book gets a lot of "Oh..."s whenever someone asks me what my favorite book is. I know that expression. They're thinking "Oh, well that's typical and unoriginal."
Well maybe it is. Maybe I just sound like I'm trying to enforce my Souther background or whatever but this story goes so so deep for me.
When I was six I had a "thing" for a boy. He was my childhood love and we met in theater class. Now we bonded over our production of Tom Sawyer and still remained friends even after the show was over. He invited me to his next show.
I didn't find out until years later how much criticism my mother went through letting her only six year old daughter see To Kill A Mockingbird but I can't begin to express how grateful I was that she had just allowed me to see.
I remember being enchanted by it. I had seen quite a few plays for someone my age but honestly I still have a clear view of that court room scene. Even now. And afterwards he came and got me and showed me around, introduced me to the cast. It was like a dream of sorts.
I didn't start to understand the book fully until I was in the ninth grade. That was when I sat down with a much broader view of the world. That was when I fell head over heels in love with Atticus Finch.
This book has been an absolute comfort to me. It's a reminder of where I come from and the types of people that reside there. Not all of them are good, but for the ones that are bad there are those that are truly amazing.
One thing that is so important to me is characters. I have fallen for these characters and find their familiarity so comforting, watching their relationships grow and change over the course of the pages.
There is so much to these books and maybe it's because I've grown up with these slangs, this way of talking and living, the ugly, brutal side of racism and inequality for people that deserve SO much more than that but I adore everything about this book.
It might sound cliche to a lot of people and keener-like to many students but this book is my favorite and I will never stop loving it. I have literally grown up with it constantly in my life and refuse to ever let it go.
