I haven't done one of these in a while so I figured it was time: here's my in and out of cosplay comparison with Zero Two! Forgive my expression...I was trying to have a neutral face but I just look mad 😂👌! Total time getting ready in this cosplay takes around two hours, which is pretty quick for me 🤣! Mercy takes around 3 hours to get into, so this feels like a breeze! . . If you’re like me, you cannot WAIT to strip off that makeup after a long day out! Most times, I go straight to the gym after I get off work, and MOST times I forget to bring my favorite makeup remover. So, I’ve gotten in the habit of putting my face wash and moisturizer in my bag on the mornings that I go to work! Here’s my super easy “post work skin routine”. • • • Products Used: - @albabotanica Enzyme Scrub - @garnierusa Anti Wrinkle Day Cream - Vaseline • • • I use this enzyme scrub for two primary reasons. 1. It’s a perfect scrub for making sure that all the makeup is cleared off of my skin. I usually go over my face and neck twice just to make sure I got everything. 2. It evens out my complexion in this harsh winter weather while making my skin glow! Once I’m done scrubbing all the makeup off, I apply my anti wrinkle cream to my face and neck and apply Vaseline to my lips. Then I’m all set to go work out! After vs. after-after, pre shower vs. post shower. (My before I changed I to cosplay picture looked weird so have an after I’m clean pic) I like to think I still look a bit like me just blue. Behind the scenes is just me looking like a goblin until I put the wig on. . Also gotta say I went to the cosplay and model photoshoot at the arboretum today and despite the heat I had a blast. I got so many beautiful and silly pictures, a couple runners or bikers asked for pictures, and I got to pet a wonderfully playful dog. So day was a success. So as you babes may know, I'm by no means a makeup pro. I love wearing it when the mood strikes, but I don't have any serious skills to speak of. But I absolutely love @chrissyteigen, so of course I jumped at the chance to try her new palette from @bglowing. Turns out, it is super intuitive and easy to use, and gave me this perfect summery glow with just a few swipes on each side and one dusting of the lightest highlighter on my nose, forehead, and chin. It also miraculously reduces shine while upping your glow: The only difference between my before and after (swipe right) is this palette! The packaging is also really pretty. I've been using this for a week now and find myself reaching for it more than any previous palette I've tried.
