#storytime Last week, I got my first shipment of books in and as I opened the box I realized that the shipment was incomplete. As I realized that, it seems like the whole weight of this process all fell on me like never before. The pressure just made my head spin and it took me about half a day to finally settle down long enough to ask God for help. I went to scripture and as the word said I encouraged myself in the Lord. I began to rehearse scripture (Psalm 47) and was slowly able to turn my focus back on my Help. As a musical person, I have a song for each emotion and happening so in the midst of all that, I turned on the #Declarations EP by @calvaryirvingcc @calvaryworship and let @ethantkent and @thee_crystalaikin minister to me all afternoon! I reminded myself that it’s God who “makes impossible things possible things!” like @brebotello said in the song. #whenyoubelieve I was so encouraged by the time I made it through those tracks, I listened to the whole album and got another pick me up when I heard #Undefeated and #BeforeTheBattle. I was feeling so good, I even listened to the #SoundOfGrace album, again. The rest of that shipment is on the way but won’t make it in time for the book signing this weekend. I’m ok with that because I’m just happy-spoken from a place of victory!!! I hope to see all of you this weekend at the signing, even if you only drop in to say hey!
