Heading to the gym for what will be my 4th workout this week. This will be my longest workout, since my others were during my work lunch breaks, so timing was limited! I'm excited and nervous to get on the scale, as this week was a combination of good and (not bad days, but not the best days).. fingers crossed I've accomplished a little something!! My motivation has been up and down, along with my stress levels, so I need this!! Either way, I'm gonna keep pushing forward!! Results to come!! ♥️♥️
