C25K...here I come...
I’ve wanted to start running for a while…to do something active outside…So tomorrow I’ll start Week 1 Run 1 of the Couch to 5km program…3 runs a week, a lot of walking for the first few weeks…that should get me started…and get me outside every other day :)) If any of you wants to start or jump on the wagon with me…we can swap notes and tips…It actually scares me a little…I’ve tried running before and ended up puking my ,eventhough small, breakfast ...
