But sometimes we get so caught up in our daily lives that we forget about appreciating these little moments. The END-OF-DAY APPRECIATION mindfulness exercise will help to remind you of what makes you happy and bring some light into your days. Each night before bed take a few minutes out of your busy schedule and think about three things that made you smile during the day--it could be something as simple as a compliment from someone who doesn't give them often enough, or maybe seeing an animal do something funny for no reason other than being playful!
