Hoping today will be a good day.
I am up early due to DD waking at around 4:30am this morning, for whatever reason. Changed her diaper, fed her, coddled her for a few minutes and then put her back to bed. Now I can't get back to sleep even though I am tired, so I am drinking some coffee and watching some House... even though I have seen every single episode.
I want to get some mopping done today and try to get the carport sweeped out and some weeds pulled, but that in combo with the usual house chores I have to do is really... a lot to knock out while DD is napping today, and that's the only chance I get to do stuff like that. ~.~
IF she could play in the yard without going close to the street, I would let her do that while I pulled weeds, but I can't pull weeds and still get up and get her away from the street every five minutes. So that's a no-go, because I wouldn't get anything constructive done.
Anyway, ten facts about me for the day:
My brain is stewing in a cocktail of hormones and pregnancy gunk that is making me feel crazy right now.
My end goal for this year: to have a job by at least a month after DS is born, start saving some money, and be both a working mom and still able to care for my family.
I love medical mystery shows like House.
I often get writer's block, which is why I simply write in my blog. I write what I feel, when I feel it, and write about what I am doing.
The Help is one of my all time favorite movies EVER.
I am a really pretty girl, to be fair to myself, I just don't put a lot of effort into my own appearance right now because I have been so exhausted since entering my third trimester.
I went to college for a few years, starting from a fairly young age. I want to go back when I am in a financially stable enough place to do so.
Nothing soothes my soul more than a rainy day, hot tea, and watching the Harry Potter movies with my DD.
I didn't know snakes poo-ed until my DM got a snake and I saw poo in his terrarium today.
I am like a dog whisperer. I don't know what it is, but I can train dogs really well and am really good at it.
