Yesterday members of the MWCDC staff and Emerald Trail Corps worked hard to beat the rain and get some lovely new landscaping in at our latest real estate development rehab property here on the Mount. It's looking pretty good! We'll have details for a public open house for you very soon!

Great news! The lot at the intersection of Bailey and Boggs is up for sale and ready for a new development. Over the last several weeks our Economic Development Director Laura Guralnick and our Executive Director Ilyssa Manspeizer have worked confidentially with the property's current realtor to develop a strategy to attract potential quality developers for the site. Our Economic Development Committee will also be discussing the property at their bi-monthly meetings. We'll will keep you posted with any new updates.
