Love is what we have, against time and death, against all the powers ranged to crush us down. You gave me so much - a history, a future, a calm that lets me write these words though I’m breaking. I hope I’ve given you something in return - I think you would want me to know I have. And what we’ve done will stand, no matter how they weave the world against us. It’s done now, and forever.
— Amal el-Mohtar and Max Gladstone, This is How You Lose the Time War
I was going to post "the cleons are bisexual. when is some beautiful vengeful BOY going to lead a hapless clone to his doom #equality" but then I remembered bel riose did all that
-I guess I needed to make sure it was really you in there.

Foundation (2023) · S2·E07 · Sci-Fi · dir. Mark Tonderai
I thought I was gonna post fanart for Brother Day first, but these guys have been taking over my mind since I finished Foundation a little over a week ago. I'm not over them. I'm never going to be over them.
SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT!
Just...my god, the emotional rollercoaster of the destruction of Terminus. Imagine your significant other needing to make a decision that will kill you in the process. Being resigned with your death because of that. And when you realize that your death has been avoided because of a genius' hidden plan, your significant other, who you thought was safe, is gone?
If Glay was already ready to go against the Empire before that, that would have given him every reason to become a full-time revolutionary.
Angst aside, I thought that it'd be neat if they also made a little something to commemorate Bel Riose, even if it was done in secret. I know Hober Mallow is the one credited for piercing the Empire, but. C'mon. That fistfight? Bel did a ton of work and looked good doing it.
I'm also trying out a bunch of different art styles so expect my posts to be all over the place, except for color use. Yay, art?
