His main role is to act as support to the group, specifically being the healer! (Although he also proclaimed himself the Sera's guardian teehee)
In the second game, he becomes a primary antagonist like Heat.
Flores
He doesn't appear directly since he had already died by that time (speaking of the cinematics of 5 years before the events of the game) but he was just another nurse, mainly in charge of Alondra/Real Cielo's physical health!
