i've written so much variety lately it's time to really return to my roots and write some more roommate!acheron. just some miscellaneous hcs here xp hope u enjoy. again not proofread guys ik im a slacker get over it (i will eventually reread this and rip my hair out over any errors i didn't get to correct) TT also this is SO MUCH but you guys dont get it.... i love roommate!acheron

—honestly, acheron's a great roommate but she does have her quirks here and there that makes life a little more interesting
—she doesn't seem like one, but shes a total night owl. it's crazier when you realize that she's got work in the morning like why do you even do this to yourself
—and you can always tell just how LATE she stayed up because she spams you with reels. the time she's stopped is the time she went to bed LMFAO
—doesn't play at all about reels too TT genuinely gets offended when you don't watch them as if she didn't send like 600 of them
—"You liked it after 30 seconds but the video is 50 seconds long.😐" like omg dang i didnt realize it was this serious
—speaking of, she definitely texts with proper punctuation and everything. also, she texts SOOOO SLOW. it doesn't even matter if she opens your message right away because she's gonna take another year typing up a response lolll
—anyway, back to her being a night owl, you'd think acheron would hate mornings as a result but she's surprisingly passive about them
—she doesn't even really drink coffee she just wakes up and goes about her day like ??? where are you getting this energy
—she would drink coffee if you drank it though. she'd make enough for the two of you to enjoy together. definitely memorized how you like yours
—but it's literally so crazy because there are days where she sleeps so late but still wakes up before you. please sleep more acheron
—it's hard to stay mad at her and scold her because she'd serve you some of the breakfast she made. like okay maybe bribery does work i'll just shut up and eat then
—now that i've mentioned cooking i have to go to my usual foodie acheron program. im sorry guys this is canon TO ME.
—"Let's go here for lunch Friday." paired with a reel of some food spot near you. she always pays too, saying how it was her idea to go in the first place ugh i need a roommate acheron of my own NOW.
—ALWAYS cooking something up. it's therapeutic to her and honestly you're not complaining because the fridge is always stocked with yummy leftovers.
—loves to try those recipes former workers at fast food places post. she makes it so good too you have to thank the universe for whenever she decides to try another one
—also acheron's SOOO HOT when she's cooking. literal work of art ugh and she loves when you sit and watch her cook those chats you have warm her heart
—always mentions how she loves the knives you got her every time WITHOUT FAILURE it's nice though knowing you got her the perfect gift (shameless plug ik it's not roommate acheron but i love that work)
—has the best playlists. ever. she always has one for the right mood it's insane and you always steal them
—check her spotify profile and there's sooo much to choose from. "cooking, chill vibes, rainy days, summer poolside, cleaning, workout, late night drives" and so on. you have no idea where she gets the time for them but if you have aux and you put on one of her playlist she actually gets so gassed LOL she'll be nonchalant about it ofc 🙄
—speaking of music, you stay stealing her charger because how does someone as forgetful as her keep track of it but you can't with yours?? like hello. anyways it always ends up with her texting you for where it is
—"Do you have my charger?" [16:20]
—"yeah srryyyy my speaker died last night" [16:21]
—"Where'd you put it? Mine is about to die." [16:23]
—"🥺" [16:23] (you lost it in your room again)
—she ends up finding it eventually but always asks you why you don't return it right away before it gets lost LOL okay it lowkey makes you feel bad so try to be more on top of that
—also she's a relatively clean roommate
—like she's not a clean freak or anything but she just cleans up after herself right away because she knows she'll forget if she doesn't do it
—actually so nice but makes chore division literal hell because it could be your responsibility to do certain things and she'll sometimes just do it herself because it was bothering her and she knew she'd forget to ask you if you were going to take care of it
—she doesn't get too upset over it though because you generally take care of your responsibilities (at least i hope you do)
—on that note she's soooooo forgetful though. keeps a grocery list and a meal plan on the fridge so she knows what she needs. loves when you draw little doodles on it loves it even more when you join her to buy groceries or whatever you need and read the list to her
—also sticky notes EVERYWHERE.
—"don't forget your keys!" and "need more milk" and "buy more detergent *IMPORTANT*"
—and she always forgets the names of characters in movies or shows you watch together. if it's been too long between episodes you guys do a recap of the plot before you continue
—not annoying at all it actually gets the two of you hyped af for the next episode when you guys remember the cliffhanger you left off on + you guys like to predict what happens before watching
—she gets so emotional during sad movies.
—tears down her face as she explains how touching and deep the message was. shes so serious too it's both funny and a bit concerning. she's always the one to recommend them too LOL
—she's got a huge, gigantic bed. it works cause she has the bigger room but still, wtf do you need all that bed for?? you're one person. it's so cozy though perfect for when you guys watch stuff on her laptop instead of on the TV
—LOL she also has crazy bedhead. like insane. it's so cute though and she likes when you brush it out it gives her crazy tingles and she almost drifts off every time
—speaking of, acheron LOVES skincare. she's got a long ass routine but it works and her skin is flawless. she also loves when the two of you have skincare nights. i mean, you love that too who wouldn't?
—likes it especially when you do her skincare. always asks you to do it in an asmr style because she loves the tingles (half of her youtube recommended is asmr lollll)
—on the downside she takes LONG ASS SHOWERS HOLYYYY
—if the two of you are close enough she'll leave the door unlocked so you can pee if you really need to but it's actually ridiculous sometimes
—and be careful when you walk into the bathroom after her because the steam is actually suffocating. like the showers she takes are criminally hot but whatever it's her life
—okay this is definitely a good thing on her part but she's such a mature roommate to have. like whenever there's an issue she WILL communicate that. there will be a whole sit down and everything so sorry if you're non confrontational but thats life boo
—a yapper in the worst circumstances ever. you could be out getting ingredients for a recipe she wanted to try and god forbid a stranger starts conversation with her. it's like how dads have the longest conversations known to man so randomly like can we get a move on please
—speaking of. acheron has like so many friends it actually catches you off guard because she seems like the type to have a like one or two close ones but no. whole friend group.
—but she's also lowkey a melancholic and somber person so it leads her to being such a cornball LOLLL
—"thanks guys, i really needed this..." after a hangout GIRL SHUTUP LMFAO
—she means it tho :') so it's still sweet
—she also ALWAYS has tea to fill you in on. you assume it's a perk of having many friends but they also just tell her everything for some reason?? like it's people who she's not that close with who tell her crazy things as well and she just comes home with the most insane stories to share
—also she's so attached to you. sometimes it feels like cheating to her when she goes out with friends and they encourage her to talk with the person who was CLEARLY flirting with her. you guys could be like not together at that point and she'll feel soooo guilty like guys stop i cant do that
—she loves the rain. LOVES it. she's always either curling up on the couch listening to the rain or going on a walk when it starts to pour
—definitely bought one of those umbrellas that are big enough for two, but if she brings the wrong one by accident, she'll sacrifice her shoulder to keep you dry <3
—on that topic she is the queen of sweater season. like she has the best collection of sweaters known to man don't be surprised if you find yourself stealing a couple
—her fall and winter fashion is unmatched she looks so good and so cozy sometimes. ugh she's so effortless with it too but she also lowkey lives for whenever you compliment her on what she's wearing. def notes when you like a specific sweater and wears it on days she wants to impress you
—also animals love her. it's so annoying because whenever you go out to friends houses and meet their pets they just FLOCK to her and she's not even doing anything special??? lowkey makes you jealous cuz why does she get all the attention
