Quite many people, dwarves and humans alike came together to rebuild the lost kingdom of Erebor. Some offered health care, some knew how to build toys for the children, some made new statues out of larger stones.

Kili was tasked in making sure everyone was helping to their best abilities, and once he spotted the female looking around lost like a child, he hurried over to her and smiled reassuringly.

Kili looked over his shoulder startled, not having realised he was no longer alone. He relaxed, however, once he recognised the woman joining him and stretched his legs out in front of him with a small hum. He had seen her around lately, though he hadn’t spoken with her much; too busy running errands for Thorin and whatnot.

“Didn’t think anyone saw me come up here,” he said, leaning back against his arms. “Merely needed a breather, that’s all. Did I steal your spot or something?”
