"Your Highness, may I ask why Liege Val'hai is looking at me like that?"
"Looking at you like what?" Princess Bellarosa looked behind her, and smiles widely at the gentle expression on Wisteria's face. She looked back at the noble, who seemed to pale once more.
"They don't look any different than usual!"
I decided to just make the scar larger. It just looks a lot more painful and smarter people would fear Wisteria while those with shallower minds would underestimate them (which works well enough for Wisteria).
Having a high(ish) Fearsome stat, it feels like the rumours about Wisteria would lean towards them being the perpetrator of the destruction of their "hometown", but then people look at the scar and that sets off a new string of theories that maybe their hometown deserved whatever was coming to it? Or maybe their hometown knew how dangerous Wisteria could be and tried (and failed) to stop them? Wisteria hates the rumours, but even they can't help but feel mildly amused by the wilder ones.
I also can't remember how Princess Bellarosa does her hair, so I decided to go for one of the two hair styles that I keep imagining her in. (The other being pigtails/twin tails.)
Had fun playing around with this idea in my head for a while and only recently had the time (and motivation) to draw this.
Honestly, I'm currently obsessed with Wisteria wearing plain metal bracelets and/or accessories and using their abilities to turn them into knives or weapons during emergencies. The ultimate hidden weapon hack. I very much want to try my hand at drawing a piece with Wisteria converting their accessories into a weapon mid-transition.

Hi!! Super sorry if it's not a welcome criticism but I'd like to state my thoughts about about TSR:
Why if MC doesn't like kids they become intimidating in their stats? My MC isn't intimidating at all, they are an introvert but they are made of "see a kid — run for your life" material 😭
All other options were, simply put, way too cheerful and on "I love kids" side. Could we possibly have a choice more introverted, please? Without a gleeful smile at the kid, stating our boundaries ("I'm not a dog" is very good btw loved it) but not becoming intimidating? It felt if we aren't ecstatic about this kid that randomly wanted our presence and "chose us" (really felt as a pet here lmao) then we have to endure*disapproving stare* for being an asshole
I enjoy any helpful feedback, so long as it's optional for me to reject or accept the suggestion! I wasn't sure if I had covered enough of the options, so having you share your thoughts like this is helpful!
In regards to the the disapproving stare though - that's mainly 'cause that is the 'ruthless' option. In the eyes of royal servants, even though you're the adult, it's still unheard of to see a commoner talk back to a royal princess in a rude manner, especially one as precious as Bellarosa. I'm not saying it's wrong to make a stand, it's just the order of things. It's like you're rudely talking to a child of your boss in front of the employees, if I have to provide a picture? I'm just letting you know why the disapproving stare is there.
I'm not sure if this option would be well-suited - I would welcome the feedback. At this time, I plan to add this option and then branch it out to let people have the option to make the MC be a bit 'standoff-ish/afraid' with children or more about not wanting to dirty them from the (metaphorical and, in the past life literal) blood on their hands. I don't think I can provide a 'not like' children option because it wouldn't make sense for the plot of the story, especially given how MC is chosen to be the Princess's companion (a.k.a, a friend of sorts).
What a fun time the carriage driver would have had if the Wanderer hadn't been there. Would be wild learning the random kid you accidentally ran over was the PRINCESS!
This kid is a spoiled little twerp. Just going "You're mine now!" Is surefire way of making me not want to be that.
This kid I'll burn down the nation for. Having to deal with sycophants and manipulators on a daily basis is something no-one should have to deal with.
Trust me, the carriage driver had never been more terrified - they're so relieved someone saved the princess. XD Hell, pretty sure they would kiss MC's feet if they recognize them as the princess's saviour.
Yeah, the poor girl got so over excited - don't worry, she's learning her lesson (especially with her maid, Aileen, gently telling her how going 'I choose you' so randomly is unethical for both a princess and a human being. XD)
The Crown Prince would 100% join your cause XD He's very protective of his little sister.
I feel bad for being curt with the princess (and everyone around gasping lol) but I also don't feel bad? Like people are enabling this little girl to point at living beings and saying 'I want this one'??? Someone has to teach this girl some manners or she'll grow up insufferable.
That's alright! It's understandable (and not to mention true) about the issues of enabling. Bellarosa is usually much more respectful and all.
What the MC doesn't know [for now] is this (and you as well, if you wish to stay oblivious of Bellarosa's thought process with Chapter 1):
She had been seeing noble after noble who petition to be the Princess's companion and time after time, she had rejected them. By the third month, she was pretty frustrated and tired of meeting all these adults who can't even take a day off from bothering her for the role.
But when she saw MC, she immediately knew this stranger wasn't like the nobles and just blurted out with that childlike innocence of honesty (which is pretty careless of her, of course, and something her maid would mention her to keep in mind of).
I can imagine MC bringing this up again if Bellarosa grew up to adulthood and finally realizes how embarrassing it had been to shout 'I choose you!' to her idol/saviour XD
I made FuriRosa in a game I play long ago, so I decided to try and make a close enough recreation of BellaRosa. FuriRosa wears Lucian's purple as an accent color, BellaRosa wears it as her flower like Isabella did but her accent color is Digi's cyber-blue.
Just playing around with character customization again. As usual. XD;
