Hello everyone,

We’re back with another post about Cyareclones.

This time… scamming their clients!

We became aware of the issue by a user named @/ROADWECKS on twt, who made a public tweet about not receiving their order with no response after multiple attempts to reach out. Slowly more started to fill in.

ROADWECKS have mentioned that Cyareclones seems to be deleting 1-Star reviews.

Here are the remaining tweets/dms and reviews of folks never receiving their items after months of no communication from cyareclones.

Instagrams users; both comments were made around April.

Since cyareclones website is closed from the public, we’re unable to see the reviews and track if they’re being deleted.

However we did find a website that views their shop and we were able to snatch the remaining 9 1-stars reviews. (We also found a second website that views their shop but it has been deleted. Suspicious timing if you ask us)

If you have reached this far, thank you for reading. We understand that cyareclones may be a busy person, but coming back from Con (May 10), finishing first year of collage and publicly announcing more products to sell before they head to their next Con (June 22 and 23) is very telling. With college out of the way, your first priority should be getting your customers their items back (or refund them). You can miss a day of Con when it comes to your clients getting their products that they PAID for.

This is scamming. Since February/March, they have been waiting and waiting and what is happening right now; they’re being scammed.

You scammed $7,000+ as bellatoons. You’re back to scamming as Cyareclones. What is the saying that many older folks like to say?

We have a thread on Twitter/X on clients not receiving their items since February/March, and we will continue to update the thread if the clients received their order, still no communication from cyareclones, or more folks reporting in about being scammed.

Saw that you called out a scammer - there’s this scammer in the spider verse fandom (but more into Star Wars) and they have been scamming people since 2019-2020 (Bellatoons beware), dipped from the internet after being called out and they’re back to scamming again. Their name is Cyareclones and there’s this yet thread collecting info of Clients who has been scammed so far.

I got scammed by Cyaraclone. I ordered back in March and I was so excited because I really loved their art. They had a sale and that’s when I put in a big order getting keychains, pins and Prints that added up to about $75. I knew they were having a sale and expected my stuff not to arrive for like 3 weeks. A month rolled around and got no update. I reached out on IG and email. 7 weeks rolled around and I finally got a email saying my order was shipping. Okay great! I was excited, sure the wait was long and I never got any response to my emails or messages(I sent about two a week trying to get any kind of response) Well my package was left on “Label Created. Date Pending.” So this means the label was printed but nothing arrived at the post office. Months rolled by and I was desperately trying to get a reply. I wasn’t even looking for a refund because I just wanted my items. I finally got a response on Twitter/X in June, saying they have had people having the same issue and that the post Office didn’t send out our packages. They offered to resend the items and if my original package showed up to let them know. I am still waiting. I have since gotten my money back through a refund with my bank. They also posted a email on their IG story that was different from the one on their website, saying to email them about issues on our orders. I did and got no response. Since their relaunch of their new website my order# no longer exists and can’t view it. During this time I had read reviews and found you about how they are a scam. I wish I had known sooner before I ordered anything. I also got emails to leave a review on the items I never got. I left a review. They have since deleted it along with other reviews saying the same issue I had and we never got our items. It’s also frustrating how they keep posting and going to Cons and leave us with no items we ordered and cannot respond to us. I hope this helps others.

We’re currently in the middle of working on a doc with some folks who had experience with Cyareclones/Bellatoons and we’ve been neglecting to check our tumblr and Twitter for a bit. So sorry!

Ugh, that must have been stressful to deal with.

That’s quite shitty and almost inconsiderate? To say the least.

To received an email (most likely an auto-message, but still) to leave a review for an item(s) that you never got 😭 but for them to delete the review is not surprising. They have deleted 1 Star reviews before their new lunch - before they were called out - and it paints a bad picture for Cy. It’s not fun to receive low stars, sure, but majority of them were from people who spent money for items and never got it after a certain period of time. This is a concern and they’re failing to understand that.

We 100% feel you.

It’s quite frustrating to see how they’re posting (especially on twitter) to bury any informations that calls them out and not acknowledging the victims. We know this is a common issue as they done it before as Bellatoons with their multiple scams, so we know to not act on our frustrations but continue our work on collecting informations.

I’m suspecting Javi and his little d-riders are mass reporting my account, so please download the proof and share it if you can! I’m not sure how much longer I’ll have access to my account, but I don’t want his scamming and bullying to continue any further.

Those last two photos that you provided were very helpful on tying the connections that Cyareclones is Bellatoons.

For context: twitter user, woopteedooper posted about cyareclones being a scammer / warning the OW community. It shortly blew up and users across communities expressed their opinions on the matter. Some users who were scammed by Bellatoons came forward about their experience and even those were recently scammed by cyareclones.

The situation got messy, and Cyareclones posted a google doc on September 18, trying to explain their side of the matter but was later deleted. Only screenshots of the docs were uploaded and those who knew Bellatoons, call out the lies in their docs. Especially when they claimed to not be Bellatoons.

We’ll be respond to Cyareclones’ doc soon, as we are catching up on what happened since the tweet gained traction.
