It's SUCH a ridiculous movie, I cannot even explain it. They even changed the ages, Viviane is older working in a chocolate shop. Aiden is a torture artist hidding in Europe from changes in the States. Gabriel is in his 40s, eastern-europe mafia leader type and there's this tradition that every 7 yrs he chooses a new mate and he wants Viviane for his next mate and she's repulsed by him because her aunt (both of her parents are dead) was his 1st mate and she still loves him. It's a clusterfuck.
