Belly so loud it registers as a minor localized tremor on seismographs

Belly so ferocious that you could feasibly label audio recordings of it as monster sound effects and sell it to a horror movie director

Belly that wakes you up in the middle of the night for a midnight snack every night, but you eventually get so used to it that you learn to sleep through the noises, so your belly gets increasingly louder to compensate as time goes on
