I didn't add this to my accesibility post on Paris but if you're lactose intolerant or vegan forget about drinking vegetable milks anywhere. Cafeterias and bars don't even seem to have lactose-free milk. I resorted to espresso coffees which are overall good but this is a good thing to keep in mind if you travel to France.
