This Farmhouse Saison was designed by @bemidjibrewing for the American Homebrewers Association's Big Brew Day in conjunction with Upstream Homebrewers. In other words, BBC brewed the base and Upstream members took 5th gallons to tweak to their own specs and taste. I added the juice and zest of two lemons and an orange, as well as a trace amount of allspice and cloves to the secondary. It fermented for two months! Wow, it was worth it. BBC provided this description for the brew - "Glowing Haze, Light, Refreshing, Peppery, Lemon, Spice" - and that pretty much nails what I ended up with.
