Hello! Considering how Celestialsapien's in your version of things can be any shape and Alien X looks humanoid because that's what Ben subconsciously wants: Does the same go for Goop? Like the anti-gravity conductor-thingy makes Goop semi-humanoid for the same reason that Alien X is human-shaped? 'Cause Goop is literal slime. He can go from a puddle to anything else. (And the Omniverse Fusions usually have Goop in the shape of the other component alien).

Yes! Goop is very similar, as his species comes in different sizes, shapes, colours, even using different anti-gravity devices between them to keep themselves together. In the rewrite, Gluto from Secrets Of The Omnitrix is the same species as Goop, so you can use him as an example of how different they can look. I imagine when a baby is born, they are constantly shaping around, with no proper idea what they want to be, but as they grow up eventually pick a basic shape as their 'normal' look. Though you most likely still get some who are almost always changing at random, for the fun of it or perhaps something more personal. They're a rather flexible species, always moving, always changing.

What if theres a universe where a polymorph comes to earth for the omnitrix and climbs down Ben's throat while he's trying to sleep. Then, once it's inside of Ben's body, it turns acidic to dissolve his organs and kill him. Now that he's hollowed out, it stabs the point of its anti-gravity projector into his arm and uses his body as a puppet. And in the end, it uses his corpse to go alien and kill everyone or something idk.

wish we got to see more of polymorphs honestly.

like are they an artificial species? what's with the antigravity projector? they're dependent on it to even move, it doesn't seem like there would be many polymorphs that don't have one? it seems like it comes with?

how much effort does it take a polymorph to stay together? is it just like staying upright, where it's pretty automatic?

kind is related is do polymorphs sleep, and how? do they just lay around as a puddle for a while to rest? i mean goop has been shown getting exhausted and losing shape a bit, like here. i can only imagine it's a lower effort form to keep up.
