Favorite Books I Read in 2025
Sunrise on the Reaping (Suzanne Collins)
“I know one thing: The Capital can never take Lenore Dove from me again. They never really did in the first place. Nothing you can take from me is ever worth keeping, and she is the most precious thing I’ve ever known.”
People We Meet on Vacation (Emily Henry)
“Vacations always end. It’s the very face that it’s finite that makes traveling special. You could move to any of those destinations you loved in small doses, and it wouldn’t be the spellbinding, life-altering seven days you spend there as a guest, letting a place into your heart fully, letting it change you.”
Beach Read (Emily Henry)
“And that was the moment I realized: when the world felt dark and scary, love could whisk you off to go dancing; laughter could take some of the pain away; beauty could punch holes in your fear. I decided then that my life would be full of all three.”
Destructively Mine (Krista and Becca Ritchie)
“And I just think, it’s me and Rocky. It’s always been me and Rocky. From the beginning. Until the end. No one else could ever take his place. I’ve told Rocky this so many times, it might as well be a nightly prayer.”
Shatter Me (Tahereh Mafi)
I am nothing but novocaine. I am numb, a world of nothing, all feeling and emotion gone forever. I am a whisper that never was.”
Ignite Me (Tahereh Mafi)
“Aaron Warner Anderson, chief commander and regent of Sector 45, son of the supreme commander of The Reestablishment. He has a soft spot for fashion.”
Deep End (Ali Hazelwood)
“If you don’t think that I’m very aware of your presence, always, you have no idea what’s going on.”
Burn Bright (Krista and Becca Ritchie)
“Your torment, my war. Your love, my triumph. I don’t know how to dim when I love you, Harriet. I only know how to burn bright.”
The Love Hypothesis (Ali Hazelwood)
“I’m starting to wonder if this is what being in love is. Being okay with ripping yourself to shreds, so the other person can stay whole.”
Game Changer (Rachel Reid)
“Kip glanced at his own name on the tag, as if he didn’t know what it said. Like an idiot.”
Heated Rivalry (Rachel Reid)
“Ilya couldn’t believe what he had been reduced to. He was…infatuated. It was disgusting.”

charlie keating cobalt, a man terrified of being trapped, let himself be locked in a room for an unspecified amount of time and stayed put despite knowing how to get out all for the sake of his baby brother's mental health and you want me to be normal about him or their relationship??? i will never recover
Any Cobalt boy LI: I think I'm in love with your brother, any thoughts?
Jane: And prayers. You're going to need them.
i wish i could live in the addicted/calloway/like us universe
Vada Abbey LI
I know some people think she is going to get with Easton but personally I no lobger think so . Alot of the reason people believed Vada would be with Easton was that he is similar to Garrison (so there would be a bond between Garrison and Easton because of the way they grew up) , but from the patreon podcasts KBR said that Vada is very similar to Garrison . So I do not see Vada and Easton happening , also in my opinion Vada does not seem to have romantic feelings for Easton the way Easton does seem to have for her
I personally think Vada will end up with someone more similar to Willow (a sweet , quiet nerdy boy) or Connor (a boy who has the faust boy arrogance)
