Why do we pay taxes? Where does all of that money actually go? And is the U.S. government collecting and spending our money wisely? Ben Sheehan takes a cold, hard look at America’s finances. bensheehan: I’m 41 today 🎂! This year sped by, but here were some (relatively apolitical) moments…
1. Filming in Puerto Rico, perhaps my favorite place 2. Welcoming Gary, a phantom (!) poodle, to our fam 🐾 3. Releasing CIVICS MADE EASY which has now been watched by 3+ million people cross-platform on PBS (and used in the classroom by 40K+ teachers) 4. Trips to Scottsdale 5. Rehoboth Beach 6. Vegas 7. Kent, CT for a Jumperwall show 8. Spending time with fam 9. HS friends 10. LA friends 11. KINDERGARTEN friends 🤯 12. Sandy fully rocks the steps alone 13. Night walks with Gary 14. Being cool at Taliesin West (Frank Lloyd Wright) 15. Filming in the actual room where the Declaration and the Constitution were written 16. Singing Chappell Roan at my belated 40th 17. Jackie with friends 18. Grateful that our house survived the fires 🙏🏻 19. The sun setting on 40 20. Excited for what’s to come in 2026 (not pictured, but stay tuned 🙃)
