Reposted from @powerliftingrvt Broke in my SBD belt and SBD stiff wrist wraps. Let me tell you COMPLETE game changer when it comes to my bench press. Here's why I think that: for those of you who know me I've probably mentioned or you were with me when I went through all the testing for abdominal pain. I have a condition called malrotation basically my insides don't look like yours do, it happens in 1 out of 500 babies and it is developmental defect. I also have a hernia in the bottom of my surgery scar from the above when they had to figure out where my appendix was in that mess and I have a mass that's developed in that same scar in the last 3 years- it makes me scared to arch. My Strength Shop belt was amazing- I still love it, it is great for when I need it. However, I've lost a bunch of weight again with current changes to my home life. This new belt is like the Goldilocks where it fits just right to give me enough support to not be terrified to arch. Also, let's be honest the not having to unscrew anything to change tightness is amazing! The stiff wraps were needed as well because my wrists were rolling under the increased weight. I'm so excited to see what the next couple of weeks bring! . Thank you if you read this full long thing. Hope everyone is doing well!
