This may be something that has already been discussed but I haven't seen it/don't remember so here goes ..

Can Katara boil water with her bending? She can move it, control water as liquid and solid and I assume gas. She can freeze water, we see her do it all the time. But can she heat water? I feel like we see them cook over a fire, but maybe it happens differently.
