Rosie still hadn’t gotten used to people asking what the Hell she was doing working at a Hospital when she couldn’t keep her emotions in check. It became even more obvious that she didn’t as she kept murmuring, and tearing up as she patched up a man. Not to say her work wasn’t effective, because it was. Rosie was efficient, quick and precise; that didn’t stop her from reacting physically to everything she did.
More than anything, Rosie was highly empathetic, and felt like reacting naturally helped the person in need. Her body reacted, no matter how hard she wanted it not to show.
“Rosie, will you focus?”
“I AM focused! I need you to get out!” Rosaline replied ultimately. He’ll be fine. They would both be fine once she was done. And done she was, not that long after.
At least, she was able to actually breathe as she ran her hands up her face to pull herself together.
“Hoof!” She sighed, looking at the man she was treating, and now looking after while she got any more news on the people coming in. “I figure you’re just as exhausted as I am, ey?”
