AND DEANS FACE AFTER HE DOES IT IS DEVASTATED THE "I JUST KILLED MU BEST FRIEND" DEVASTATED THAT LOOK SHOULD BE ILLEGAL ON DEAN CAUSE MY HEART BROKE AND THOSR PARTING LINES FUCK IM ALREADY HAVING TO DEAL WITH MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE BREAKING UP AND NOW BENNY IS DEAD? nononono benny's death was actually really beautiful. i really am okay with it cause. i mean it was beautifully done. it wasn't unnecessary. it was part of the plot actually. it's probably one of the best deaths on the show. and i use the term death lightly cause you see him in purgatory afterwards so yeah. he doesn't really 'die' and ty olsson (the actor who plays benny) made the point that vampires are already dead. which was an interesting viewpoint to get from the actor... yeah. just everything about it. as much as i dont want benny to have died, i cant argue with it cause it was so well done.

look i just want to make something clear

i am really fucking proud of benedict for having such a great part in star trek

and how amazing the movie looks

but i am a legitimate star trek fan

captain picard led a good few years of my childhood

and i love and cherish this series and i'm thrilled one of my favorite actors is joining it

but for the love of god

this isn't sherlock

let's keep it that way
