Astrological concepts derive in part from “constellations” but also in part from links to solar cycle (e.g. cardinal mutable fixed derive from being assigned to the beginning middle or end of season). meanings of planets also depend on things like venus inferior and hence morning/evening star, or jupiter spending “one year” in each sign. basically in what ways would astrology change between planets assuming we force each sign to be 30 degrees still

wwwwwwell, ok, so, notably as you move outwards from our star, more and more of the planets start to be Like Venus (and mercury), i.e., Morning/Evening stars, while whatever’s further out from you more or less remains the same.

what’s interesting as well is, yknow, if you live on a gas giant’s satellite, you might be interested to consider (in a similar way) the satellites that are inwards/outwards from you (although, why don’t people talk about [e.g.] Ganymede superior/inferior in classical astrology? like, it, and all its friends, can always be like, orbitwards vs. counterorbitwards from jupiter...) 

uhm, anyways, besides that, i suppose one might want to pay attention to the length of the day? like, note venus’s day vs. year, as an example.

beyond that, i guess, you’d have to go through all of them individually; firgure out how the weather changes with the day and the year... i need to like, actually read through Frederic J. Pont’s Alien Skies... like, on pluto the atmosphere freezes over in the winter and sublimates in the summer...
