probationary
originally when her group disbanded seira hadn’t been sure what to do now, what she should attempt to do. she remained in korea rather than going back to japan, she found herself a job as a barista, but she was very aware she didn’t want to be a barista for the rest of her life. but she wasn’t sure what she did want to be for the rest of her life. she had never pursued further education after high school, should she attempt school? she sat with the thought a lot, quite unsure, until next gen came around. next gen was hard and she truthfully hated it, but the show also showed her that being an idol was her dream, and she would continue chasing that dream.
next gen hadn’t given her a contract, but she continued working hard so that she could eventually become a trainee again, and hopefully an idol again as well. studio delta had taken her in, to seira’s surprise, she didn’t want to complain, she was happy, but she was also scared. a probationary contract…. she had three months to prove she deserved to be here. she sits in a practice room with nora, stretching her legs. “three months nora! can you believe it?” there’s obviously panic in her voice “i need to get better at everything! dance, singing, rap, i don’t even like singing, but i must get better at it! right?”. “oh my, i’m stressing… how are you holding up?”.
