Greatness is underrated.

Greatness is unappreciated.

Often times we bet caught up in seeing all the negativity that exists in our everyday lives. We must learn to accept the reality of our own greatness. I believe that most of us are deep down truly afraid of our own greatness.

We are taught to settle.

All those years we spent sitting in rows through our school years are set up to make that happen. Subliminal messages are imbedded in everything that we are taught from childhood.

Ask a child what they dream of being when they grow up. Princess. Iron Man. Pilot. Astronaut. Fireman. Teacher.

How many of us keep that dream as we get older? Why is it that we change our minds and grow up to be something “a grown up” should be? Why don't we all pursue our dreams regardless of what they are?

There are many things working to keep the masses from accomplishing their full measure of potential. The system does not work equally for everyone. For the majority of us born outside of privilege, it is an uphill and exhausting battle to wager against the forces that work tirelessly to keep each group in its “proper” place.

Certain groups live in certain areas.

Certain groups earn certain annual incomes.

Certain groups live their lives running from persecution.

Certain groups are more educated than others.

Certain groups are underrepresented in government.

We are all victims of this. Yet, we will stay the victims the more divided they make us. They want us to fight each other while they thrive.

Stand up for what you believe in. Unite for what we believe in.
