বিশেষ সংবাদদাতা : নির্ভয়াকাণ্ডের অন্যতম অপরাধী বিনয় শর্মা তিহার জেলের নির্জন সেলের মধ্যে দেওয়ালে নিজের মাথা ঠুকে ফাটানোর চেষ্টা করল। সোমবার রাতে সে এই কাজ করে মাথা ও হাতে সামান্য চোট পায়। জেল হাসপাতালের ডাক্তার তাকে দেখেছেন। সে ঠিক আছে বলে তিহার জেলের ডিজি সঞ্জীব গোয়েল জানান আসামি ঠিক আছে। বিনয়ের আইনজীবী আদালতে আবেদন জানিয়ে বলেন বিনয়ের মানসিক ভারসাম্য হারিয়ে গেছে। তার ফাঁসির আদেশ মকুব করা হোক। কিন্তু জেলের ডাক্তার তাকে দেখে সুস্থ বলে রিপোর্ট দেন। আদালত তার আবেদন খারিজ করে দেয়। দিল্লির পাতিয়ালা আদালতের বিচারক ধর্মেন্দ্র রানা আগামী ৩ মার্চ সকাল ৬টায় চার অপরাধীকে ফাঁসি দেওয়ার পরোয়ানা জারি করেছেন। এ নিয়ে তৃতীয় বার পরোয়ানা জারি করল আদালত। এর আগে রাষ্ট্রপতির কাছে প্রাণভিক্ষা ও সুপ্রিম কোর্টে আবেদন করে দিন পিছিয়ে দেওয়ার কৌশল করেছে আসামিরা। পবন গুপ্তা এখনও রাষ্ট্রপতির কাছে আবেদন ও সুপ্রিম কোর্টে কিউরেটিভ পিটিশন করার সুযোগ রয়েছে। অক্ষয় কুমার ফের কিউরেটিভ আবেদন করতে পারে বলে জানিয়েছে। সেক্ষেত্রে ফাঁসির দিন ফের পিছোতে পারে। চার দণ্ডিত অপরাধী যেহেতু একই অপরাধে জড়িত তাই সাজাও দিতে হবে এক সঙ্গে।
