People that had spinal fusion surgery! I have a question: what jobs are more appropriate for us? Are we able to have any job, regardless of our backs condition? I'm 5 months post op looking for a job right now and I feel aprehensive and worried how my back will be affected with certain jobs like, right now I'm doing volunteer work to feel better and more usefull but I find that it has affected my back (carried some stuff a little past my weight carrying limit and had to bend for some time. A bending enough to reach to stuff nothing too crazy but was in that position for maybe hald an hour). Idk if it's cause I'm not athletic enough or if I should be more carefull in what I do. Any suggestions would be nice!
