Pokédex(?) Update:
"Some days he is cognitive, aware, and almost docile. In fact, given his intelligence and telepathy he might attempt a vague conversation too, and has before. But he barely remembers anything by the next day.
Other days...more primal instincts take over. He can only communicate with strangled groans, whimpers, and growls. He'll even snarl and hiss if an unfamiliar face wanders too close uninvited.
Worst case scenario, the shorted circuits in his cerebral wiring force his brain into attacking blindly. The pokemon center next door is still undergoing repairs four weeks later after the last incident.
There is little-to-no control over his own behavior, and his constant posture has me thinking he is always in some form of pain. The odd breathing patterns and horrible scars on what's left of his face and body certainly support that theory.
I also can't seem to get a clear picture of him without some kind of radiowave interference from his core system, even when he's holding still. My security cameras have only been able to capture NVG images when he's awake at night and wandering around aimlessly, sometimes standing in place for hours at a time. As a result of that, not even the ghost types want to be around him it seems.
I don't know what he is, where he came from, or what made him this way... But it's obvious this poor thing is only an echo of his former self.
