It’s a glitch that only affects the player 2 character and only in the character select screen. It doesn’t show up during gameplay, and it will be removed. The Capcom SF dev team aren’t nearly as shameless as the DoA guys.

They should’ve clarified it in the stream during the demo exhibition when it was happening. But eh.
