You think I have it backward? No. You're thinking Mark 12:31 "...Love your neighbor as yourself..." This is gold. This matters. But how many of us are guilty of loving others more than we love ourselves? Who would give their time and effort to make sure your friend is taken care of, nourished, comforted in times of sadness but neglect to love on yourself when life gets rough? Yes, we are commanded to love others. No matter what, love others. But please include yourself. You matter.
