Which version of Fate/stay night would you recommend to newcomers? There's a whole bunch of rereleases and versions that it's kind of hard to tell which one I should play/read.

The Fate/Stay Night VN has 3 different routes, and each anime adaptation/movie covers one route. The anime adaptation for the first route is known to be pretty bad, so if you want to check it I’d recommend reading it instead -- just look up Fate/Stay Night Realta Nua patched. If you don’t want to read you can just skip it, you will be able to understand the other routes regardless. 

The second route is Unlimited Blade Works, and this one got a good anime adaptation that you can watch if you want. The third route is Heaven’s Feel, and I actually haven’t read it like the other two. It’s divided in 3 movies, but I think only the first one is available in english for now.

Would you recommend Destiny 2 to someone who is a fan of Borderlands (Specifically the loot-and-shoot style of gameplay)?

depends on what you liked in borderlands

loot and shoot is better in destiny because each gun is hand-crafted and there’s no randomization involved as far as the weapons go, so while no gun will be bonkers off-the-wall crazy, every gun will at least be usable and not a heaping garbage fire half the time

if you liked exploration, i think destiny edges out in front. exploring will usually find you at the very least basic chests which have money and tokens (which you can turn to people on each planet to get new gear), but there’s also stuff like lost sectors, adventures, and region chests to find, as well as public events and high value targets to participate in. then again i never did much exploring in borderlands so idk.

if you liked borderlands’ writing, then you probably wouldn’t like destiny’s writing since it’s actually pretty good, even if it does expect you to know some stuff from destiny 1 (like let’s be real if you didn’t read the grimoire cards or wiki entries you would not know who osiris was)

12: Shortest time you’ve beaten a game in? I’m not sure if it’s actually the fastest I’ve beaten a game but my best time for a 100% Metroid Zero Mission run is 1:38:12 so that’s gotta count for something

13: A game you were most excited for when it wasn’t released yet? Definitely Doom 4. I lost track of how many times I watched that E3 reveal video.
