NICE CREAM (2 portions) 3 - 4 frozen bananas (very ripe) 1/3 tsp vanilla powder 1 tbsp oat milk Make sure the bananas is not totally frozen when mixing. They should be able to 'chew'. . COOKIE CRUBLE 1 cup oats 5 dates 0.5 tbsp coconut oil Mix with your hands. . CHOCOLATE NOUGAT 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp agave syrp 2 tbsp oat milk (or more if too sticky) 1 tbsp cacao powder Blend together with a spoon. .
