the best (worst) post i remember was from right after super tuesday. it said that obama lost the ‘08 primaries to but won the general election so don’t give up on bernie! it took literal thousands of reblogs before someone pointed out that no, that never happened. winning the primaries was literally how he got to be the standard-bearer for the general
