Bernie Sanders looks forward to working with Secretary Clinton to unify Democratic Party
Earlier today, Bernie Sanders vowed to work along with Hillary Clinton to transform and unite the Democratic Party, in order to defeat Donald Trump in November.

Sanders stated that, “the major political task that together we face in the next 5 months is to make certain that Donald Trump is defeated and defeated badly.” He assured supporters that he intends to begin his role in that process soon.
Although, Sanders and Clinton do not agree on many important issues, he looks forward in working with the Clinton campaign in the coming weeks to “ensure that your voice is heard and that the democratic party passes the most progressive platform in its history (...) also look forward to working with Secretary Clinton to transform the Democratic Party.”
Sanders made it clear that he will no longer challenge his rival Hillary Clinton, but instead focus all his energy in stopping Donald Trump from becoming President of the United States.
Sanders thanked his supporters for helping him win 12 million votes and 22 primary caucuses throughout his campaign and reminded them that “we must keep working together into the future.”
Senator Bernie Sanders has not dropped out of the Democratic Presidential race.
