I have been thinking about how to start this blog for a while, but I think I am just going to start posting daily fitness things I want to remember/share and fill in the gaps as I go, so here is the first post, how I typically start the day. Breakfast Smoothie 344kc/48c/4f/35p 1 Cup Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt 1 Cup Skim Milk 1.5 Cups fresh strawberries 2 Tbls PB2 I will typically add a scoop of Isowhey protein powder (110kc/1c/0f/27p!) if I did any strength work the day before.
