I want to try to get down to my next goal weight, which is about 7 pounds away! I’ll be happy if I get within a pound or two of it. I don’t want to make my goals unrealistic. I’d like to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds per week which would be 4-6 pounds in total. It would be great if I could lose a little more than that!
