Back on track!
I’m finally over being sick! I’m soo happy :D Now to get back on track! I gained a couple pounds in the past 2.5 weeks, but I expected that. I’m not letting it bring me down. Let’s do this :)
🌷 Goals for April 🌷
Get at least 8,000 steps in per day
Lose around 5-7 pounds
Workout 5 days per week
Drink around 96 oz of water per day

I want to try to get down to my next goal weight, which is about 7 pounds away! I’ll be happy if I get within a pound or two of it. I don’t want to make my goals unrealistic. I’d like to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds per week which would be 4-6 pounds in total. It would be great if I could lose a little more than that!
