HEY IF WE'RE TALKING PREGNANCY AND THIGHS it reminds me of the birth of Dionysus– Hera burned his mother Semele, so Zeus rescued the fetus from the ashes and sewed him onto his thigh until it was time for him to be born. I have no idea how to connect that to Caesar, I just remembered the myth. Dionysus (I guess they'd have called him Bacchus) WAS the god of madness, along with wine and parties. Don't know how this helps.
