Today’s #BespokeTip - Adequate hydration adds fluid to the colon and bulk to stools, making bowel movements softer and easier to pass. Sometimes one needs to take softeners and bulking agents to assist, especially when one engages in anal intercourse. Because HPV is spread through skin-to-skin contact, an effective strategy is to shower right after intercourse to aid in lowering the incidence of contraction.
