so betawave is basically an aesthetic about beta, unused, and cut content in media, focusing on video games! it's focused on the feeling of the potential the beta content had, the surreal feeling of seeing a possible "what-if" that got ditched, and the act of discovering and uncovering it!

- discussing beta content and showing your love for it!

- can include real and fake beta content!

- visuals are very surreal and low quality sometimes, which just adds to its charm!

- songs consist of unfinished music or fan recreations

- very nintendo focused!!

- sometimes creepy/mysterious with how its handled

- nostalgia focused too in a way, but with a feeling that it's "new"

- sad about what could have been for your favorite games
