Looking through the Luigi's Mansion beta things just keeps getting even more interesting. Apparently, there was supposedly A CAVE area you could go into?

I'm not entirely sure how true this since I can't find any real official thing saying so (mostly just videos), but like... all I'm imagining is how TERRIFYING that concept could've been. Like... why did you need to go into a cave, Nintendo? Was that like a blocked off entrance to King Boo? Were you supposed to use that as a boss area? A hiding spot? I need answers!

Oh well... guess it's up to me to do the work! 🤭

Some information on the land

It's still a work in progress though.  Reading this would be greatly appreciated!

  The cities and towns in Paracosia used to all be isolated from each other with walls. Each city and town all developed individually and independently. Many of the people living inside the walls were unable to get out and couldn’t communicate with the outside world. Some were able to go to the other side, a few explored Paracosia while others went back to report what they’ve found.

Upon learning that there were other lands, the leaders of each city decided to meet up in one place, meeting for the first time. Each realized that they had resources that one another needed. Then, the leaders all made a compromise to unite their lands as one and tear down the walls.

Some places, like Chestwood and Foralis, were ready to get rid of the walls that barred each city from the world, eager to let everyone know of what they’ve done and wanted to learn more about what was outside the walls. However, places like Despit hesitated and refused to take down their walls, wanting to keep their treasures a secret from everyone else. 

Despit still has its walls today, but it has gates

Chestwood was the first to have its walls taken down

When Foralis had its walls taken down, it caused destruction in the town, resulting in multiple casualties and the destroying of many structures. From that day, the citizens in Foralis work to restore their home to its former glory (sans the walls). Remnants of the walls still stand today

As long as you give your lovely beta enough time to actually do their work, of course.  Remember, your fic must be thoroughly beta-ed by the time you post the final version up!
