Hej vänner! Welcome to Yorkshire, where you'll find one of Northumbria's biggest trading ports, plenty of farms ready for the taking and, if you're lucky, perhaps you'll get to meet a member from the original Great Heathen Army. However, if you're a Saxon or have some sort of quarrel with Northern folk, then we recommend you turn around and walk away before you're spotted by a Ragnarsson. If you're still reading this then it means you're not a foe so please, make yourself at home! Drink some mead at the tavern, enjoy a fight at the old Roman Colisseum or invade a neighboring farm to settle in! >Okay so first things first: 1) this is a CC heavy world, it works fine for me and most of the cc are tsm conversions but low poly cc is still cc. 2) I am *not* going to link the cc used in each building, but I included some of the lots in .sims3pack format so you can get all the required cc from them (you don't need to place the lots, but I recommend downloading them if only to get the cc objects and patterns), though I did include the walls I used in the city. 3) all lots are mostly shells! I'm going to share updates of them if I actually decorate them, but otherwise feel free to furnish them!

General Information;
-This is a big world and if you download it you will notice it has a familiar shape aka this is literally an emptied and greener Al Simhara :p
-I have all dlcs, but I think you should be good if you only have World Adventures and Supernatural (for a tree lol). I also used some items from Monte Vista (the ampitheatre) and Dragon Valley (the ruins, the well of wisdom, most of the tombstones, the dragon shaped roof decor, the "lofty roof lantern" and the ornate door) but I got them all from blamseastore!
-I also included a save file, which doesn't add much to the save but some of the lots were added or edited after I installed the world in my game so I recommend you download it as it solves some issues with missing content/has all the proper Nrass Settings!
-This world is currently on beta because I want to build some more lots and hopefully finish it: this means half of it is pretty empty and maybe not so functional, but I think it's great to take pictures!
-As mentioned above, the lots are mostly empty. The only sort of functional lot is Skårr's Witch Hut, but the rest are empty or decorated but not made functional. / Do feel free to change or furnish any lot, though! Some lots have little stories related to my sims as I built them thinking of them, but obviously you can forge your own story (;
About the lots;
-Jorvík's Stave Church: Built as a place where your sims can worship the Gods, though I decided to place a shell rug so it also works as a city hall/military/police station.
-Jorvik Castle: A not very historically accurate "roman" castle, I meant to furnish it many times but I get lazy just looking at all the rooms lol The church is decorated as a throne room for the King (who in my save's lore is a Viking, hence the decoration) and it also has a functional kitchen!
-Ravensburg Longhouse & Market: The longhouse is a residential lot which includes the actual longhouse, a few tiny huts on the side and a small graveyard. / The market is set as a small market mainly so sims can easily go through it to reach Ravensburg, but it has a bunch of little huts which can be your sim's new home.
-Ragnar Lothbrok's Tomb: An actual tomb! There's not much to be done in it and naturally it contains a mummy which I couldn't customize but that lowkey fits the lore for that place (aka that actual Ragnar is not buried there because he's not dead), you can at least get a few gold coins from there hehe
Maybe hunger game-esque events in Beta world? Not about killing if you don't want it to be, maybe more about seeing how Alphas and Omegas will survive in the 'wild'. Betas are just obsessed with how Alphas and Omegas are much more feral then they are so what will they be like when out in the wild? They would love the show!
Max being so scared because he goes from life in a cage to life in the wilderness with cameras waiting for him to fuck up. And he stumbles across Dan and even though he had vowed to go at this solo, they become allies. And maybe they find young scared Lando too?

These poor Alphas and Omegas kept in zoos abd when it isn't interesting enough anymore, they are put in an arena where they are mostly left to fend for themselves, enduring bad weather and food shortage as the Betas eagerly wait to see if they will turn on each other.
Max having not come from a zoo but was kept at home locked in a little room, abd his dad volunteers him...
Max isn't sure who to trust, if anyone, and decides to go about this alone, hiding away from the others early on. He eventually stumbles across Daniel though, and is scared the Alpha will hurt him but Dan offers him food he hunted. They move together after and then come across a very scared Lando hiding in a tree and he imprints on them so fast!
I need more of poor feral alphas and omegas being caged and trafficked but then being saved... Like sweet momma maxy from omega trauma au, the babies from feral au, beta world ad just little feral pups in general!
I watched the new hunger games and the scenes where the tributes are kept in cges reminded me of the beta World verse where Alphas nd Omegas are kept like zoo animals🥺
Omg Beta world was one of the First aus of yours that i followed! Max and Lando will always have a place in my heart💛
Plss I love them!! Max protecting Lando fiercely and allowing the keepers to being him to Lewis instead of Lando because Lando is so small and scared! Lewis ofcourse doesn't do anything with Max, just let's him ramble about Lando and how he is crushing on Dan...
And plss Max giving Lando to Romain snd Checo to save instead of him even though he has been in the zoo for so long already... and Lando cries his little heart out the entire time he is without Max because his momma is still in that bad place!
Ohh yes! Lance being kept in a separate cage once he gets near the end of the pregnancy for when he gives birth so he's on show almost 24/7
Poor thing imprints on Checo and romain so fast and is distraught when they leave, Kevin and Nico try to calm him down but he only does when Checo and Romain get back with Max and Lando
Oh plss🥺🥺 wasn't it nico and kev who used their pup as emotional support pup like 'hello welcome look how cute my pupsie is" aksjs. But pls Lance just wants Checo and Romqin, he is safe with them! But he feels 3ven better when Max and lando are there and there is another momma 🥺🥺
Oh please Lance in beta World being a teen mom and despite his age he's such a good momma and the other omegas all coo at him while he rocks his tiny pup to sleep but then he curls into a nest because he really needs momma snuggles himself
And making it more sad I'm imagining the zoo trying to make as much money as possible out of the situation and force Lance to give birth in front of a crowd and he's so scared and maybe that's when Checo and Romain come and they see what's happening and they know they need to get Lance out
oh plsss! Checo and Romain visiting the zoo and seeing the sign advertising a pregnant omega and how the birth of the pup will be an 'event'. They get Lance out there real fast so Lance can give birth in the safety of the farm and plss Lance is so shy and anxious but dares to feel safe!
He is such a sweet momma to his tiny pup and takes such good care of them, but he is so young and never felt safe so he is very attached to checo and Romain, and Max for sure! He just needs to be held and coddled himself sometimes, he deserves it!
in beta world lance was basically kept there to get pregnant and i think he ended up being artificially inseminated :((
Oh plss! Poor young momma would be so scared and he just wants to keep his pup sage but he is so sure they will take the pup...
Pls he is a good momma but basically a kid himself and Max takes him under his wing to help him out 🥺🥺 Lance nursing his baby and tending to them so lovingly, but when the pup is asleep is crawls in Max's nest for snuggles and pup squeaks himself 🥺
