To the girl who loves her next

She doesn't like cold tea what so ever. So that means you'll see her drinking hot tea in the dead of summer. Don't tell her that this is weird, love her for it. She loves her tea but she needs her coffee to get her going in the morning. You'll never see her in the morning without a coffee pressed to her lips. And I can promise you that while that coffee is pressed to her lips, you'll wish that it was your lips pressed against hers. But let her enjoy her coffee, kiss her afterwards. Her cat is like her best friend, she loves that little thing. Owls are her favorite bird. She sleeps extremely crazy and hates using a pillow. You'll wake up some nights with her half way off the bed and you'll have to pull her closer so she doesn't fall off. Wake her up with a kiss. I promise you this will make her smile. She's into her horror movies, so watch them with her. Even if you hate them and you won't sleep for days. She will sit with her arms around you during the scary parts, she'll tease you about how you're being a baby; but I promise she will protect you. She isn't a big talker, so when you feel like she doesn't like you anymore, you have to look for the actions not words. She'll push you and lightly tap her leg against yours. She'll laugh and roll her eyes at you. And she will play around when you ask her to hold her hand, by pulling hers away or saying no she doesn't want to hold hands with a smile on her face. Know that this is just the way she shows she cares, I promise you'll miss it when it's all over. Protect her. Adore her. Be there when she needs you.

Lift her up.

Never say mean things about a sister. Don’t talk about her hair, what she chose to wear, what she did with that boy the one time, or a lot of times. The world will criticize her enough. For some reason everything she does seems to be up for public analysis and then she is a bitch if she keeps secrets. Only lift your sisters up. Never ever ever put people down darling. Be a safe place for her to go. And when she does things the world doesn’t like, be there for her. And when she does things that she doesn’t like, be there for her. And keep her safe my darling. We all need people to be there for us. Never let somebody be alone.

If you got to see her smiles and her tears, hear her laughters, fear her anger, feel her sadness and happiness. Be there for her. When she have reveal herself in her strongest and her weakest state, she have placed a lot of trust in you. Be there for her, whatever that happens.

LOVING ME Loving me will mean three a.m phone calls when I need to hear your voice to calm my anxiety. It will mean hearing me rant about the drama in the book I just read, or having you read a poem I just wrote. It will mean talking to each other about everything and nothing at the same time. Loving me will not be easy, it will take strength, determination, and patience. You'll have to know that when I try to push you away its means that I'm scared of not being wanted. When I yell and scream I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just overwhelmed by the situation. Loving me will be holding me in your arms at five a.m because I had the nightmare. And the ten p.m kisses that will be filled with so much passion that we will get carried away, losing ourselves in one another. It will mean sweaty hand holding during our spontaneous midnight adventures. Loving me will mean discovering worlds within my mind and stars within my body. We will disagree on things causing fight between us and one of us takes a walk to clam down. It will mean calling me and texting me saying how sorry you are. Loving me will mean your doubting a reply will come after several attempts to reach me. It will mean wanting to give up, but knowing you cannot live without me. Loving me will take understanding and sympathetic. It’ll be hell and nirvana. Loving me means never leaving, and never walking away. It will mean me loving you so much that I can never leave or walk away from you either. Loving me means at two am you'll hear someone banging at your door, your praying that it's me. Loving me will mean that when that door opens its me jumping in your arms crying and kissing you begging for forgiveness. So you will love me through the five a.m tears all the way through the ten p.m kisses.
