I created this edit to be part of a poster that was my contribution to the Matchmaker Merle event back at the beginning of May, and I really liked how it turned out. So, I decided that it deserved to be shared independently. There’s never too much in the Bethyl tag, right? 

So here we have an Impossibly Chic Apocalypse Wedding for our lovely Beth and Daryl.

This photo edit is a companion piece to another Bethyl wedding edit I shared what seems like ages ago. Spring always makes me think of weddings...what two people become when they are joined together, the beautiful thing they grow to be.

Daryl and Beth: All Out War

I really feel like Beth should have been standing shoulder to shoulder with Daryl in this Season 8 promotional poster of TWD, so I did my best to make it happen. I made this photo edit shortly after the poster came out, but I don’t think I ever shared it. It isn’t one of my best works...Beth looks a little ghostly, but maybe that is how she should look, standing by Daryl in spirit. With the Season 8 finale nigh, it is kinda a share it now or never moment, so I thought why not.

Daryl and Beth: Caught By the Light

Thanks to my dear friend @doeroseq, my Beth and Daryl portrait finally feels complete. I was able to have it signed by Norman during the 2017 Walker Stalker Cruise, but I knew I would probably never have the opportunity to meet Emily in person again and have her sign it as well. Doe was kind enough to take it along with her to Emily's recent concert in LA to get it autographed. There is something so special about having my art signed by these two amazing souls who breathed life into Beth and Daryl. Thank you again so much, Doe!

Despite being second-in-command of park security, Daryl Dixon has never been as confident when it comes to Jurassic World’s safety as his boss Rick Grimes is. So when everything goes to shit and the dinosaurs start breaking out of their pens, he ain’t exactly surprised. Far more concerning than the rampaging dinosaurs to him is the fact that he somehow manages to get stuck protecting Beth, the sweet and seemingly-naive daughter of the park’s head of Veterinary Services, Hershel Greene. Convinced that she’s only gonna slow him down and get them killed, Daryl is shocked when Beth not only holds her own, but manages to save both their asses. But he’s even more shocked when he finds himself not only grudgingly admiring her... but maybe even liking her.
